Left to Freeze, Claimed by the Dragon King

Princess Aurelia gives seven years to mage Lucian, who leaves her to freeze on a frozen peak, taking the Frostheart—the realm's last hope—for his lover. With her last breath she calls Draven, the Dragon King she once saved and who has loved her since. He carries her to Dragon Isle and crowns her his Queen. Returning to her burning realm, she awakens the Frostheart, saves her people, and exposes the traitors—while Lucian and Vivienne face a fate worse than death.
